Working as Mechanical Supervisor in (PHILLIP MORRIS INT.)Lakson Tobacco Company Pvt Ltd. (Karachi factory).Work on Extensive Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance as per production. Load and meet deadlines, control Running Faults, Handling all type of P.L.C system based machine/relay based prepare schedules of stock levels with engineering stores to meet breakdown maintenance requirements. Conduct training session of technical trainee according to training schedule provided by training center. It includes general orientation trouble shooting plant maintenance.. Static equipment (compressor Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors, Screw Compressors, , turbine, pumps) and their ancillaries during works .also a team leader Japanese housekeeping system 5S
