To work in community mobilization activities to listen and work with the local communities to achieve mutually shared goals which are relevant and easily applicable towards addressing their pressing needs.
To work in coordination with HBL MFB staff for developing of the products and delivering, dealing with the customers.
To work in remote areas to help promote home based enterprises and to enable women to earn a supplementary income for their families
Work for women of the community to alleviate the poverty by creating ways of earning for them.
Develop the products according to the requirements of the community so they meet their needs at their door step.
Identify the areas where the community is ignored and social development is needed to condense the vulnerability.
To support the overall objective of the company both externally and internally to reduce diminish the vulnerability of poor populations.
Support the team to work with the local community for alleviation of social and economic exclusion.
Educate women of the community in remote areas about the enhancement of their home based enterprise to improve the welfare and prospects of the people in the areas.
• Finance Expertise:
• Collect cash from field staff on daily basis.
• Check the recovery record in light of cash book G_L and realizable report.
• Manage the cash of region systematically & to deposited in bank daily basis.
• Maintaining daily basis of cash and bank book with general ledger.
• Voucher making and inter in FIS and MIS and generating different types of reports.
• Preparing staff salary on monthly basis. And intery in FIS and Manually.
• Preparing BANK RECONCILIATION & INCOME EXPENDIURE.
• Ensured timely payment against approved claims.
• Manage running Finance Account as well as operational Account of region at Bank.
• Manage cheque and bank receipt book at bank at region monthly basis.
• Manage MIS working daily basis and making monthly reports.
• Look after stationary and keeping records in region office.
• Checking appraisal raising objection on cases proved against of policy.
Field Expertise:
: Survey for opening new field offices.
: verify all the information collected by the field worker/ loan officer.
: Managing meetings with clients and resolution register.
: Visits at field offices & checking ledger of barrowers comparing with MIS report daily basis.
: Try to resolve all issues related with clients/ with field officers.
