● Managing current portfolio of 900+ multinational clients with a total AUM 300 Mn.
● Account Management for Mashreq Gold and Mashreq Plus customers based in UAE and non-resident.
● Providing a full range of wealth management products and developing long-term relationships.
● Generate new to-bank liability in the segment on the basis of salary transfer, mortgage, and investment.
● Performing KYC/AML reviews & Due Diligence reviews in a timely manner.
● Acquiring new business by opening new accounts, Personal Loans, Mortgages, and credit cards.
● Business generation from FX, investment, liabilities, insurance, mortgage, and personal loan.
● Induction trainings on RBG offerings to new hires
● Delegate team of advisors and RM’s on insurance and investment offerings for client meetings.
● FX trade through our Margin Trading Account.
● Helping Customers to get the preferential rate and equally profitable revenue to the Bank.
● Cross-selling the other banking products and generating leads for another department to help.
● Verifying the leads and doing continuous follow-up to close the case and monitor it closely.
● Updating the leads on the CRM & helping other departments to resolve the issue.
● Creating Dynamic reports with Pivot tables, and Mashreq portfolio Management through Excel pivoting.
Masters in Public Relations and Advertising. Whereas I have been associated with the field of Communication for over past more than 10 years.
