Duties in procurement office
• Organization of RFQ, LPO’s or RFP, receipt of quotations, proposals, their evaluation, negotiation of certain conditions of contracts. i.e Payment and delivery terms.
• Timely corrective actions on POs with budget check errors and other problems.
• Activities including work planning, status reporting, customer relationship management, and maintaining a product schedule for the procurement and supply chain activities.
• Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers; ensures supplier evaluation forms are always updated observing non conformance for corrective actions.
• Update Company Approved Vendors List; Oversee contractor’s buyers, expeditors & inspectors during the execution of the project to warehouse with inventory control systems.
• To maintain the record of purchase order, quotation, material requisition, invoice, deliveries.
• To enhance the coordination with warehouse, accounts, and other production departments.
DUTIES AS A STOREKEEPER
I am Responsible Warehouse Finish Goods Receiving with Quality and Quantity, Daily Inventory manual and Computerized both, daily Dispatch loading, Dispatch Reporting, physically and Inventory matching, Sale Return Reporting and Sale Return Repairing with workers, end of month giving Audit to Auditor.
• Opening and closing the store and ensuring the security of the building.
• • Maintain Min/Max stock levels, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Re-order Quantity (ROQ) and arrange for replenishment of the required materials and avoiding Product’s shortage.
• Making issuance and material requisition of materials accurately.
• Overseeing the receipt of deliveries and dispatch of goods or stock.
• Monthly closing and submit the report to account office.
• To enhance the coordination with procurement, accounts and production department.
