Responsibilities:
Pre-job planning (Cased hole jobs):
Verify the job order with the manager.
Review customer requirements.
Prepare the paper work.
Design the Gun string.
Check hoist units.
Acquisition system checkout.
Logging tools checkout.
Prepare governmental permissions.
Hold safety meeting before leaving the basecamp.
At Wellsite:
Confirm the job order with wellsite supervisor
Pre-job check out
Hold pre-job safety meeting
Performs the following jobs:
- Cement Bond Log
- Bridge Plug Setting
- Wireline Conveyed Perforation
- Tubing Conveyed Perforation( Opened & Closed string).
- Gamma Ray correlation
Follow the standard operating procedure (SOP) to perform the job and promote customer satisfaction.
Sign the tickets and other documents
Hold after job meeting before leave the wellsite.
Other responsibilities:
Prepare presentations to train the wireline crew about services.
Training covered the following areas:
-HSE
-Main line pumping units, Wartsila engines, Gear box and Sulzer pumps
-General plant operation
-Gensets
-Pumps, Compressors & Seperators
-Heating system
-Pipeline system & pump facilities
Practical oil field training \[13/22 March 2012\] in the following sections;
1- Production section
2- Drilling section
