• I have carried out the Overhauls, Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown maintenance, Repair, Testing, Installation and Troubleshooting of wide range of the Rotary Equipments likes Single & Multistage Steam Turbine (Eliot, GE, Dresser rand, Siemens etc), Horizontal & Vertical Split Centrifugal Gas Compressors & Reciprocating Compressors (Sour Gas, H2S, Hydrogen) (GE, Mitsubishi Dresser, Dresser Rand, Thomassen, Nuovo Pignone etc.).
• I have carried out the Overhauls, Preventive, Corrective maintenance & Repair of high Speed Centrifugal Air Blower of Sulfur Recovery Plant, Hydrocracker & Hydrogen Manufacturing Units.
• I have done the Bearing inspection (Radial & Thrust) of different equipment’s like Turbine, Compressor and Pump, ID & FD fan, Gear Box, Air Blower etc.
• I have carried out the Maintenance, Overhauls, Repair, Trouble shoot and testing the various types and wide range & large (Naphtha, Crude, Sour Water, Sulfur etc. ) Centrifugal & Reciprocating (Single and Multistage), Sliding Van and Rotary Pumps (Worthington Dresser, Sulzer, Ingersoll, National Oil well etc.).
• I have done the Major Overhauls of Gear Boxes (Helical and Spur Gear type).
Demonstrate and motivate the trainee by the positive transfer of the knowledge and skills of different types of static and rotating equipment, Measuring Tools etc. like below.
Rotating Equipment:
Centrifugal & Reciprocating Compressors, Steam Turbine, Centrifugal & Reciprocating Pump, Gear Boxes (Helical & Spur), Laser Alignment, Bearing (Journal, Thrust, Tilting Pad etc.), Fin fan with & without actuator, ID and FD (Induced & Forced) fan, Blower etc.
Static Equipment:
Heat Exchanger (Shell & Tube, Plate etc.), Different types of Valves, Lubrication oil Filter, Strainer etc.
Also demonstrate about other normally consumable material and essential Hand Tools like, Lifting Equipment, Torque Wrench, Hydraulic components, Measuring Tools (Inside, Outside Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Dial Indicator, Bore Gauge, Plastic Gauge, Filler Gauge, etc.) Gasket, packings etc.
• To develop fresh Graduate Trainees & Technician for various Competencies as per Saudi’s Training Program (Saudinization).
• I have carried out the initial inspection of rotating equipment’s received spear parts, e.g. Rotors, Bearings, Couplings, Impellers, Gaskets, O rings, Mechanical seals, Casings, Gears etc.
• I have carried out the identification of spear parts for Shutdown and Preventive maintenance work from Vendor & OEM’s drawings and spear parts manuals.
• Replace & remove the impeller and coupling with the using of hydraulic Tools.
• Dismantling, reassembling and Replace the bearing, coupling, mechanical seal etc.
• Inspection & Preventive Maintenance of Hot oil Pump.
• Maintenance, Overhauls and Repair of Fin Fans with Actuator, Induced and Forced fan (ID, FD).
• I have carried out the Laser Alignment with OPTALIGN Smart b/w the equipment (Turbine, Compressor, Pump, Gear box, Motor etc.).
• Planning & scheduling using “SAP” (Work Order Scheduling, Critical path, Ordering Materials, Resource levelling).
• I have carried out the general reporting & planning activities on SAP.
• I have carried out the Material reservations for PM activities, Order the new consumable material, generate the PO & Gate passes and audit & inspect the received material.
• I have planned the Routine Plant Maintenance activities on SAP & CMMS and coordination with planning section.
• I have planned the Major and Minor Overhauls and also planned Preventive Maintenance activities on Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrate and Motivate the Trainee and Junior Technician by the positive transfer of the knowledge and skills of different types of static and rotating equipment, Measuring Tools etc.
• Organize the special training program at Central Workshop about Compressors, Gear box, Bearing inspection, Tilting pad bearing, Mechanical Seal replacement etc.
• Assist the supervisor regarding Critical Scope.

• I have carried out the Maintenance, Overhauls, Repair, Trouble shoot and testing the various types and wide range & large (Castic, H2SO4, Methanol, Glycol etc.) Centrifugal & Reciprocating (Single & Multistage), Sliding Van and Rotary Pumps (Worthington Dresser, Sulzer, etc.).

• Plan and Schedule the trainees to participate Major, Minor overhauls of Rotating Equipment’s and provide the knowledge of Disassembly, Reassembly and Reliability as per company procedure.
• Manage the detailed and accurate records of all training activities.
• Organize the training session at Machine Shop for the basics of machining related to the field like, Turning, Facing, Drilling, Sketching and Draw the Drawing as per required machining, Use of Power Hacksaw etc. etc.
• Maintains Training files and prepares weekly progress reports of trainees for section head review.
• Evaluate the Training documents including a result of KBT (Knowledge Base Test), PD (Practical Demonstration) and Observation.
• Organize the special training program at Classroom and Central Workshop about Compressors, Gear box, Bearing inspection, Tilting pad bearing, Mechanical Seal replacement etc.
• Filled the gap where underdeveloped communication and learning skills are present by use of Innovative Training.

• Tracks & Monitoring of the Shutdown activities for Oil and Gas equipment like, Pump, Compressor, Turbine, Heat Exchanger, Vessels etc.
• Write the Equipment Maintenance Report on CMMS after Overhauling, Breakdown and Schedule maintenance.
