Job & Responsibilities :
Motivation
To motivate staff, promote product to achieve the target given by company management monthly.
Display
Products display in shelf according to price and size & when new products arrive in company display in new arrive shelf.
Cash Handling
To maintain cash i.e. petty cash and enter all sales in computer POS system.
Maintain & Hygiene
To insure showroom should be clean & maintained due to customer feel good in premises.I Joined Bahrain Duty Free as Sales assistant within a period of one year i was promoted as a Sales Supervisor i work in different division like Perfumes Watches & Jewelry, Electronic Confectioneries
* Manage and monitor the progress of Sales team working in my division
* Sales and display products available in BDF shops
* Approach and assist customers in the shop
* Directs Customer by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items
* Maintain cleanliness of the shop
* Arrange merchandise / brands according to display guidelines
* Replenish empty shelves
* Process Multi Currency ( over 17 Currencies ) payments and operate POS System
