Salamat Medical Group is a chain of Hospital & Clinics in the Hail region.
• Monitoring & supervising financial operations encompassing accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, payroll & maintenance of accounting system.
GRI is a public interest company with expertise in Multimineral exploration, mining in Pakistan.
• Formulated project feasibilities for 2x projects i.e. multi-minerals mining from river sand deposits & also for establishment of 30, 000 TPA chromite ore upgradation facility and secured funding of around Pkr 650 million. Orchestrated the project execution strategy & procurement plan, ensuring successful implementation.
• Prepared & presented comprehensive financial reports to Board of Directors, including IFRS compliant financial statements, project feasibilities & analyses of ongoing project performance.
• Collaboration with senior leadership to develop & execute business strategies. Providing financial insights & analysis to support strategic decision making & business growth.
• Implemented strategies to improve cash flows, generated 22% annualized Return on short-term investments on company’s free cash flows.
• Concluded MoU’s, negotiated & formalized contracts with business partners, vendors & government departments. Established robust working relationships with key stakeholders, encompassing customers, vendors, financial institutions, auditors & third parties.

• Managed Financial Audits, Corporate and Tax compliance achieving in 100% compliance rate, including filing of reports & returns such as; Tax Authorities (Income Tax & VAT returns) & Companies regulators (Corporate Filings & Corporate Governance reports).

• Supervised and managed construction projects worth Pkr 33.0 Billion including comprehensive reporting to senior management on construction projects financial health covering current progress & performance updates, expenditure updates, resource utilization, cash flows management & identifying areas with suboptimal performance to adopt proactive approach to ensure achieving committed targets.
• Performed reconciliation of receivables for ongoing & completed construction projects, developed strategy that facilitated the fast recovery of long outstanding payments & reduced average outstanding receivables by around 20%.
• Estimated 15% annual cost savings through business process re-engineering i.e. introduction of centralized procurement management system, optimizing hiring of plant & machinery expenditure.
• Managed the periodic resources requirements for construction projects & ensured allocation of adequate resources (cash flows, construction machineries & materials etc) in accordance with approved budgets.
• Collaborated with project execution team to facilitate the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Prepared audit programs for complete year & executed audit assignments as per internal audit charter and conducting necessary test for construction projects to ensure organization meets its financial, operational & compliance goals. Conducted thorough data analysis to identify inadequate controls, redundancies, instances of fraud, or deviations from legal requirements, regulations and internal policies.
• Comprehensive Reporting to management regarding bank performance against targets for loan processing, disbursement, deposits and recovery. Classification of loans portfolio in performing & non-performing loans & its sub-categorization. Assisted in managing treasury investment portfolio.

- Processing Payments of insurance Claims (payable).
- Making and Processing Receipts of insurance installments & Posting of journal vouchers.
- Performing bank reconciliation and further follow-up.
- Checking of All Claims files above certain limits for Appropriateness and for further approval of payment.
- Keeping record of all payment made in appropriate manner also responsible for liaising with the
requirements of head office.
