Responsibilities:
• Assist and support surveyors in field surveys.
• Conduct on-field survey and record measurements.
• Analyze calculation in accordance to the survey features.
• Coordinate with other surveyors on field survey activities.
• Maintain logs book, reports and records as per requirement.
• Site preparation and setting out for civil works.
• Supervised and coordinated construction activities for multiple projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
• Managed a team of construction workers, providing guidance and direction to ensure efficient and high-quality workmanship.
• Conducted regular inspections of construction activities of workers for progress achievements.
• Communicated effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate work activities and resolve any issues that arose during construction.
• Prepared daily progress reports and maintained accurate records of project expenses, materials usage, and labor hours.
• Implemented cost-saving measures and efficient construction techniques to optimize project budgets and timelines.
• Execute excavations and concrete works according to drawings.
• Determine and manage resources both manpower and equipment necessary for the work to be done.
• Ensure the works executed comply with the requirements and specifications of contract and consultant Standards.
• Monthly and weekly reporting of work progress and materials stock.
