1.To works to oversee and manage a team of collectors
2.Handles all aspects of collection and billing management for the company.
3. Contact customers via physical visits, phone, email, reminders, notices repeatedly until they are able to collect.
4. Plays a key role in effectively managing the collection process, including identification of areas for improving process, implementing best practices and tack performance.
5. Negotiating and following up with customer, senior officials.
6. Works closely with outside collection agencies if needed.
