COMMISSIONING:
Learn, participate, witnessed and implemented all the Project stages such as:
Prior to On site commissioning>>>Onsite Commissioning>>> and Start-up.

OPERATION:
Product receiving, feeding, storage and ship loading operation from Field and DCS
 Cryogenic (Ethylene & Propylene), MEG, PO, P-xylene, Benzene, MTBE, Phenol, Acetone, MMA etc. with their Vapor recovery system, BOG compressor, refrigeration package and chilled water system.
 Maintain safety and operation checklist for all equipment’s and report any defects
 Execute troubleshooting during plant’s upset, shutdowns and start up in co-ordination with supervisor . Monitor and maintain smooth operation & communicate any problems to supervisor.
 Ensure all housekeeping issues are taken care of immediately. Check/record all locks and seals as required. Compliance with LOTOTO and all safety procedure
 Monitor feeding and loading pumps parameters also Storage tanks parameters and stocks.
 Prepares equipment safely for maintenance and put back in service when job completed as per procedure.
APPRENTICE TRAINING:
On Job Training of operators by class room lectures and field tours, prepare training questions (MCQ’s) & Implement on Job training program for new comers as per plan. Schedule them for external technical and non-technical courses and Individual Development Programs.

Followed companies 7 fundamentals on Safety that are PTW, Confined Space, working at Height, MOC, LOTO, Motorized Vehicle, Excavation & Transfer of Product
Product storage, ship loading, unloading & STS operation
Naphtha, Reformate, Fuel Oil, Gas Oil, Gasoline etc.
TANK FARM ACTIVITIES:
 Operates all equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
 Reports operations problems or any unsafe conditions in a timely manner
 Records all work activities and performed during the work shift in the operations logbook.
 Housekeeping of assigned area, Carry out routine activities
 Emergency handling in order to save Tank Farm / Jetty and Personnel’s
 Prepare and follow stop gauges, Communication with Terminal staff Performed Line Displacement (Onshore and SPM) / Stripping Tank and pipelines of product
 Product transfer to adjacent companies, ITT, Circulation, Planning, Scheduling
 Using software's ME2> if maintenance work required, QOL> quality on line for procedures & incident reporting, TRACCESS> for examine the skills, PEPI> for stock control
 Dipping Storage Tank/ Tank Dewatering/ changing manifold connections/ Slop Collection and Disposal/ Tank Cleaning and Return to Use/ Chemical Addition/ Gas Freeing/ Pigging/ Line up for product movement
 Products Blending (in line and tank to tank) Homogenizing by Nitrogen or Air as medium/ Blending through Mixing nozzle
JETTY ACTIVITIES:
 Pre-arrival information’s sharing between port, agent, surveyor, vessel master and terminal as per the berthing occupancy schedule.
 Pre-arrival checklist filling and Assists Pilots to ensure safe berthing of vessels
 MLA connection/disconnection & Safety round at ships
 Ship/shore checklist with physical checks and verbal verifications.
 Line sample collection, retention and disposal
 Documentations (BOL, MSDS, Cargo Manifest, Origin, Ship/shore safety checklist, SOF, Quantity/Quality, Tank Inspection, Samples, Master receipt of documents, Stowage/Bunker/Ship particulars etc.)
Calculation & conversion for TOV, GSV, MT, LT, bbl.

CCR (Central Control Room) operations.
· Responsible for the safe berthing, mooring and sailing operations of cargo vessels.
· To implement permit to work system inclusive lockout/ tag out and to ensure that all works are performed in accordance with company's HSE standards and procedures.
· To execute export line/loading arms hot gassing and blowing operations
· To perform ship loading /unloading operations with vapour recovery system
· To monitor, control and record the operational parameters of storage facilities and ship unloading operation on PLC & SCADA system / console

I was responsible for Evaporation & distillation of Glycerine plant, Its maintenance, Safety, Shift documentation, standard improvement programme, IQ OQ PQ of unit.
