• PMO Support: managing projects/programs directly through providing guidelines and support.
• Responsible for establishing and running the Project Management Office with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a ‘best-practice’ Project Delivery Approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
• Implement governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of programs deliverables
• Manage programs level Lessons Learned repository; attend Post Project Review meetings to identify key areas of improvement to be captured into the Lessons Learnt repository
• Manage the programs level risks and issues register
• Ensure development of Project Management Plan and subsidiary management plans, as per
• PMI processes and standards for projects, to ensure consistent data.
• Integrate the Subcontracted work packages’ schedules with the Contractor schedule in order

• Manage, maintain and update resource plans through mapping resources using planning
• Tools & techniques, such as Time Tracking System, etc., to ensure optimum utilization and advice on resource clashes and shortcomings.
• Identify and report deviations and trigger change requests when appropriate following the change management procedures to ensure projects deviations & changes are properly captured, approved and implemented.
• Prepare the prequalification and Request for proposal and quotation for the specialized work

• Conduct and control the procurement processes including prequalifying, bidding
• Negotiations and contract design and managing the contractor and subcontractor according to Contract.
• Facilitate and provide information to Cost Control team for accrued payments at required frequency or predetermined project payment milestones so the invoices can be issued to the clients and maintain Invoice Register.
• Perform cost analysis and advise project leaders on cost over-runs in a timely manner so the

- Collecting requirements from the business units for all projects under our domain, prepare RPQ or RFP for each project based on their scope, time and cost involved in the evaluation and negotiation committee, tracking the performance of the contractors and submitted payment, rising claim.
1. Ensure development of scheduling & resource management plans, as per the company PM processes and standards for projects, to ensure consistent data.
2. Facilitate the design, development and ownership of the projects scheduling & resources planning through the use of the standard tools & techniques to ensure that all milestones and internal and external dependencies are identified, logged and monitored.
3. Monitor and track projects through periodical reports review to ensure plans are maintained and updated as per approved baselines and deviations are captured.
4. Analyze projects progress against the approved plans baselines to advice on the missed milestones and the forecasted impacts.
5. Manage, maintain and update resource plans through mapping resources using planning tools & techniques, such as Time Tracking System, Resource Calendars, etc., to ensure optimum utilization and advice on resource clashes and shortcomings.
6. Recommend appropriate corrective actions where anomalies exist through the examination of issue logs across projects and the analysis of the interfaces and dependencies between projects to ensure escalation of key issues to higher level authorities.
7. Identify and report deviations and trigger change requests when appropriate following the change management procedures to ensure projects deviations & changes are properly captured, approved and implemented.
8. Conduct regular project management related researches and perform comprehensive assessment of the PDS processes and procedures through active participation and support of the periodical reviews to ensure continuous improvement of the departmental internal systems.
9. Identify both financial and operational risks and analyze their impact in a strategic context.
10. Manage risk - informed suggestions on improving the risk management framework.
11. Reduce compliance costs - advise on an integrated and efficient approach to regulatory compliance.
