• Responsible for radio (VHF-TRS), Tel. and networking configuration.
• Carries out installations of personal computers throughout company and field locations. Installs computer hardware and software and test any personal computer peripherals.

• Directs, designs and specifies the structured cabling for Local Area Networks (LAN and WAN) systems. Also supervises the installations of cabling installed by contractors and ensures installation conform to contract terms and conditions, inclusive of strict conformity to technical Specifications.
• Ensures that appropriate test gear, technical manuals, spares and tools are available on site. Completes log on completion of maintenance, detailing spares and materials.
• Operates and services sophisticated test equipments used in assigned work such as spectrum analyzer, oscilloscopes, millimeters, analogue and digital meters to diagnose faults and to test completed work.
• Maintains records of equipment repairs carried out and requests replenishment of spare parts and materials as necessary.
Maintains computing environment by identifying network requirements; installing upgrades, monitoring network performance.
• Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.
• Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
