• Handling (Hardware/Software) IT related queries and troubleshooting requests received from HO and from
retail outlet users through phone assistance, remote access (VNC, RDP & TeamViewer) & site visits if required.
• Managing Active Directory setup for Users/Computers with group policies on OU.
• configuring, managing VPN setup for connection between retail outlets (including overseas) & head office.
• Monitoring servers (System state and database) backup activity on daily basis.
• installation, configuring, monitoring & managing Biometric Attendance Management systems hardware
&software in HO & retail outlets
• Office 365 User Management.
• Configure, manage and troubleshoot issues related to firewalls, switches, hubs, routers, and CCTV
• Managing new enroll, transfer & uploads of staff biometric data in HO & outlets (including overseas).
• Generating attendance log reports for salary processing
• Support factory IT if the scope of work is beyond their limit.
• Manage cloud music enabled in all outlets.
• Repair laptops & desktops with spare parts available from old devices thus avoiding expenses
• Support work from home staffs during weekends and holidays.
