Community Marketing Lead with lululemon, Majid Al Futtaim. Lululemon is a well-known brand for its technical athletic apparel and accessories for both women and men. I support the Brand in creating brand awareness and building brand loyalty and advocacy for the Lululemon brand. The role supports the implementation of key marketing initiatives to enhance sales within the stores, building strong relationships with influencers, mavens and attract guests through brand and product awareness.

In addition, the role drives strategic sales to B2B as well as builds collaborations and partnerships. Our focus is our community, making sure we look after their overall well-being, provide them with the best experience, support them with a sustainable healthy lifestyle and create for them all the great moments.

My responsibilities include the below:

• Responsible for yearlong marketing initiatives across shop in shops (Contractual spend or added value).
• Responsible for building relationships and managing marketing initiatives across priority shopping centers & associations.
• Responsible for building relationships and managing marketing initiatives across key city studios.
• Execute with support from event team on Community events from the fund.
• Execute any campaign event throughout the year e.g (Feel/Footwear Regent Street) with event team consultancy.
• Execute any New Store Opening event with event team consultancy.
• Project owner of NSO’s in market (full marketing plan ownership). Pre-seeding markets with lululemon products.
• Sign off on Store Ambassadors on yearly basis.
• Be in relationship with Store Ambassadors - PR opportunities, internal IDEA/townhalls etc.
• Enrolling stores in any campaign & ambassador specific instruction i.e. UGC briefs.
• Any comms or hub requests to go to CM, AM & Leads.
• Responsible for building network and CRM system.
• Sharing with stakeholders across relevant opportunities - social, city ambassador pipeline, influencers & seeding, internal comms & IDEA.
