FS1 class teacher, responsible for planning and implementing
effective lessons, carrying out observations and assessments,
communicating with parents and other staff member to ensure the
best level of care for children. Providing differentiated, stimulating
activities to ensure children develop to full potential.
Role and responsibilities as a KG1 class teacher involved, but not
limited to; designing and completing teaching plans, organizing
learning material and resources. Using a variety of activities, lessons
and instructional method to motivate and stimulate children’s
abilities. Assessing students, monitoring progress and performance
and differentiating to meet individual needs. Maintaining a open line
of communication with parents and anyone concerned about children’s
needs and welfare.
Responsibilities include planning lessons and daily schedules,
observations, assessments and reports. Caring for children ensuring
all their personal needs are met, teaching children what is relevant
