Job achievements and responsibilities included but were not limited to:
• Participating in creating the project plan to monitor and control the progress of the project in all disciplines: design, construction, and procurement. etc.
• Acting as architectural design manager, leading/managing a team of architects, interior designers, landscape architects, Irrigation engineers, BIM modelers, and draftsmen to achieve project requirements.
• Handling conceptual landscape design proposals for a number of projects and achieved to get them approved.
• BIM managing and coordination to achieve the delivery of complete landscape / interior shop drawings and as-built drawings on Revit LOD 400, LOD 500 and using AutoCAD.
• Project coordination between different parties: end-user, consultant, main contractor, sub-contractors, surveyors, and site team
• Collecting and transferring information by raising RFIs, RFPs, RFQ, and FCRs for different parties.
• Achieving to get the delivery of the materials needed by preparing precise tables of quantity and fabrication drawings.
• Resolving every problem that occurred during construction successfully.
• Fully coordinated project between different parties such as the designer, main contractor, sub-contractors, suppliers, surveyors, and site team.

Project achievements:
• All Construction documents of the project were submitted in Revit.
• Achieved to get a complete set of issued construction drawings for the reflected ceiling plan, stairs, ramps, and elevations using Revit for the 2 residential towers coordinated with MEP and structural engineers with no clashing.
Project: Al Fattan Sky towers -2 Mixed-use towers (1 commercial and 1 residential), Dubai-UAE

Project achievements:
• Achieved to produce the issued construction drawings for the reflected ceiling plans for the two towers coordinated with structural and MEP engineers with no clashing.
Project: Deira Waterfront Development - Plot 11 & 13 - Mixed use (Commercial, Offices, and Residential), Dubai
Role: (Architect - Core team) - Floors B+G+3, 4, 5 - Area Plot 11:33, 987.00sq.m, Plot 13: 126, 152.00 Sq.m
Project achievements:
• The Construction Documents of this project were submitted in Revit.
• Achieved to produce an effective water drain system for all Plot 13 buildings coordinated with MEP engineers.
• Achieved producing the issued construction drawings for the plans, setting out plans, elevations, and sections, in addition to modeling and submitting the construction drawings for the buildings’ stairs in both plots on Revit and getting the approval to issue them for construction.

Project: Meydan Sobha Development - Mohammed Bin Rashid City (Residential), Dubai-UAE

Project achievements:
• Successfully submitted plans, elevations, sections, wall sections, and details for 4 and 7-bedroom villa designs for contemporary &Mediterranean prototypes and get the approval to issue it for construction.
Project: Warsan Village 1 - Mixed use (Retail and Apartments), Dubai-UAE

• The Project consisted of 8 mixed-use Buildings, achieved to model them in Revit. (Schematic design LOD-200)
Project: Difaf of Karbala - Show Village, Karbala - Iraq
Role: (Architect - Core team)
Project achievements:
• Spanning over 20 sq. Km land and with 40, 000 housing units distributed among 4 districts, the show village consists of a visitor center, 3, 4, 5-bedroom villas, and 2, 3-bedroom townhouses. Achieved completing the working drawings for all the villas and the townhouses: plans, elevations, sections, wall sections, and details, and get the approval to issue it for construction.
Job achievements included but were not limited to:
• Develop conceptual design and get client approval.
• Designing elevations for various projects.
• Achieved completing a full set of permits, working, construction, as-built drawings, and preliminary approvals.
• Built special and unique architectural details and wall sections for specific projects.
• Producing fully coordinated IFC drawings between structural, electrical, mechanical, and interior with no clashing.
• Responsible for 3d modeling and renderings using 3Ds MAX and V-ray, rendering plans and elevations on Photoshop
