• Delivered a sovereign wealth fund (SWF) benchmarking report which informed on strategic transformation decisions for one of the top 5 SWFs in the Middle East.
• Conducted a comprehensive government sector gap analysis exercise to inform a regional ministry on significant areas of improvement in terms of its policies, programs and services.
• Collaborated with a leading global consulting firm on a major project to create key performance indicators (KPIs) for 150+ government entities in the Middle East
Researched and analysed employee satisfaction by performing interviews/surveys. Developed key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivered the recommendations to evaluate performance of the company’s employees. Contributed to the implementation of several stage 1 recommendations in the intranet layout and functionality.

• Increased the employee satisfaction rate from 60% to 90% by improving the intranet communication system.
