Follow up with authors and reviewers until the paper is ready to be published.
Handle any problems.
Communicate with supervisor and team work and other divisions in a professional way through emails.
Responsible for inside Egypt training courses:
Manage the attendance of trainees.
Handle the catering of every course.
Do the administrative work (filing documents, writing letters and memos, scanning, send faxes)
Responsible for outside Egypt courses:
Manage any course outside Egypt.
Issue visa for instructors.
Book a room in a reputable hotel for instructor accommodation through emails and international calls.
Reserve airline ticket through Egypt air or any airline according to the destination.
Selling the company services which are specialized in employment solutions (Employment Fairs - Jobs Advertisements - Events - Training Courses).
Organize customers’ database and follow up.
Organize the employment fairs and events.
Answer any inquiries or questions by candidates.
Screenings, Filtering CVs and arrange interviews.
Conduct initial interviews through phone.
Explain to customers new services from Vodafone Company.
Handle angry customers and complaints for ultimate customer satisfaction.
Entering Customers’ data on the system.
Give training to new employees.
Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate individuals.
Greet and direct visitors to correct destination.
Type confidential documents.
Responsible of the attendance sheet and working hours of every employee.
Handle the employees’ vacations file.
Calculating the working hours of every employee and prepare the attendance excel sheet every month.
Assist the human resources team in arranging interviews.
