Establish, reevaluate, promote, and execute the admissions process.
Directing and coaching admissions staff members and plan their professional
development.
Plan, organize and direct PUC scholarship cycles and admission seasons and distributes
PUC tasks on the admissions team.
Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions
requirements and processes, applications, enrollment issues, or other procedures and
book for them placement tests.
Assisting in the admissions decision making process as student applications are evaluated
and accepted or denied.
Collaborating with the testing center to plan dates for placement tests, raise capacity, and
offer extra labs during peak seasons.
Collaborating with IT department to update the admissions system and fix any system
issues and propose more ideas that can ease and improve the admission process.
Collaborating with PR to set a marketing plan for the majors on social media, edit the
posts related to admissions, and answer students inquiries on social media.
Collaborate with student activities to arrange events that can attract more new students.
Provide a yearly competitive analysis to the management to study the admission process
at competing universities.
Following up with management to set strategic goals and targets for the admissions team.
collaborating with registration team to audit new students applications and documents.
Attending any events/exhibitions/school visits/conferences to attract new students.
Following up with university students: regarding their academic performance, attendance,
GPA and provide them with academic advising each semester.
Participating in annual events like orientation, elections, and graduation ceremony.

- Responding to students needs by implementing a comprehensive counseling program that addresses academic, career, and personal/social development for all students.
- Counseling sessions for the students as a therapy to help them to deal with their issues and cope with any breakdown.
- Assist students with administrative concerns and questions.
- Interface with students, parents, and alumni regarding accounts, transcripts, and other administrative matters.
- Encourage students’ academic, social, and personal development.
