* Establish, reevaluate, promote, and execute the admissions process.
* Directing and coaching admissions staff members.
* Plan, organize and direct PUC scholarship cycles and admission seasons.
* Providing students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, applications, enrollment issues, or other procedures.
* Assisting in the admissions decision making process as student applications are evaluated and accepted or denied.
* Reviewing and interpreting student information, including test scores, and grades.
* Following up with university students: regarding their academic performance, attendance, GPA and provide them with academic advising each semester.
* Participating in annual events like orientation, elections, and graduation ceremony.
- Responding to student's needs by implementing a comprehensive counseling program that addresses academic, career, and personal/social development for all students.
- Counseling sessions for the students as a therapy to help them to deal with their issues and cope with any breakdown.
- Assist students with administrative concerns and questions.
- Interface with students, parents, and alumni regarding accounts, transcripts, and other administrative matters.
- Encourage students’ academic, social, and personal development.
