(2) Hounslow Heath Project: gained working knowledge of the investigation and assessment of contaminated land site and soil quality, through the study of a contaminated site. Developed skills for site investigation (soil, water and organisms), chemical analysis, data processing, quality control, team working challenges. The project provided insights on the development and design of an environmental geochemical survey, training in risk assessment and its application in environmental assessment.
