•Managing research projects in the Middle East, mainly in Egypt, with hands on research experience and good market knowledge in diversified sectors including : confectionary, household cleaning, personal care, real estate, banking, automotive, telecommunications, donor organizations, …etc.
•Managing multi-country projects with respect to the “telecommunication”, "Automotive sector", "FMCGs" in a number of Middle-Eastern countries (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Syria, Kuwait, UAE, KSA, Qatar, …)
•Key Account Manager for top-tier multinational clients in Egypt: Mobinil (6 years), Mercedes (4 years) and Master Foods (2 years).
•Supervising the execution of the projects for the whole research team (11 people): Qualitative team, Banking team, Automotive team, FMCG team and secondary data collection team.
•Managing Market Research & Customers insights Function within the Marketing dept. •Supervising the execution of the projects, both internal & external projects for the whole research team (7 people): SPSS & analysis team, Tele-survey team and Research Team. •Supervising the external Research agencies to ensure quality & accuracy of data collected & provided to Mobinil Top management. •Support all other functions with research findings, customers Insights & recommendations, mainly marketing, sales, Planning & Strategies, Customer service and Communication depts.
