Manage the entire Order to Cash process as an individual

Verify and ensure the completion of standard requirements of the orders (Sap Material - Description -
QTY - Month Shipment - Arrival date).
* Timely completion and communication of Order confirmations before shipment.
* Communicate the final approved Orders with Plant/DC as per calendar to enable timely execution of the
shipment.
* Make sure that orders are timely received & placed in system.
* Assign correct reason codes for root cause analysis on all KPI's.
* Print / send correct invoice layout (stamped & signed) to customer by courier.
* Coordinate with logistic team, timely dispatch of shipping invoices.
* Maintain and carry forward / cancel pervious open orders.
* Co-ordinates issues related to short/excess/damaged shipments with Logistic and Customer.
* Co-ordinates and document all relevant approved documents relating to price and quantity corrections
(short/excess/damaged) and issue credit/debit notes to the customer.
* Generation of billing documents for closed orders on daily basis.
* Ensure timely invoice creation, printing, tracking, and couriering to customers.
* Planning the warehouse inventory and assuring continuous replenishment in collaboration the sales team.
Projects:
* Setting a development plan for some plants (Egypt - Mechelen - Dammam) to improve their service to
our distributors.
* Developing monthly presentations to align the lead team with the development plan updates with plant

* Responsible for on-boarding new hires on our roles and responsibilities.
* Developing employee hand book and presentations to help new hires better understand our roles and
responsibilities.
* Developing SOPs for the end to end process.
