• Staffing:
- Supports internal/external recruitment for EMA FOBO vacancies.
- RAMS Database Maintenance.
- Interview Scheduling.
- Interacts with search firms, providing candidate information, scheduling update calls and interviews, invoicing and budget tracking.
- Creates and maintains a candidate log ensuring all interviews and major candidate interactions are efficiently tracked.
- Creating requisitions, managing candidates and creating offers on the recruitement portal.
- Updates and consolidates the Staffing Tracking Sheet and Staffing Reports
- Communicates staffing policies and processes for both internal and external selection.
- Develops a thorough knowledge of the company's culture in order to help candidates fully comprehend and embrace the opportunity.
- Administration of Separation process.
- Drive and promote company’s culture and value.
- Assist Management in the hiring process and provide support to all manager to select the most suitable candidate.

• Onboarding:
- Responsible for New hire papers completion, documentation and filling as per Company's policies and procedures.
- Enrollments (insurance, MoF, NSSF, etc. …)
- Onboarding Material Preparation & Updates.
- X-Functional coordination of Onboarding Schedule.
- Logistics & Execution Support.
- Welcome to Our World event planning for all new hires.

• Employer Branding:
- Collaboration with Universities on the planning and execution of campus events, presentations and conferences.
- Material Preparation & Delivery.
- Candidate/University SPOC (Single Point of Contact).
- Gathers quality new hires testimonials to advertise on LinkedIn.

• Provides HR support and advises to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely manner.
