• Coordinate implementation of in-house and out-house training programs

and other international donors.
: • Coordinated activities and functions of a designated development program to ensure that goals and objectives specified for the program are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, funding limitations or other specifications.
• Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables,
lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes.
• Employed resourcefulness in project design, implementation and monitoring, identified and implemented creative solutions.
• Wrote and edited grant proposals for several projects.
