• Enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes by identifying where loopholes and/or opportunities for improvement exist, suggesting a proper course of action to enhance the process/secure the problem, and ensuring flawless implementation of the suggested plan.

• Negotiating with local banks to ensure Zain Jordan gets the best possible currency exchange rates when purchasing foreign currencies.
• Preparing payments to all Zain vendors and staff in a timely manner and responding to customer inquiries/emails.
• Reconciling Zain Jordan accounts by making sure all payments have been properly deposited in the correct account and there are no discrepancies between Zain books and Zain bank accounts.
• Following up with all concerned parties should any inconsistencies between book and bank occur until the matter is resolved.
• Assisting General Ledger Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable divisions in resolving any issues that occur concerning bank deposits.
• Documenting and upgrading all treasury processes with Business Excellence department.
• Issuing bank guarantees and following up on them.
• Attending meetings with banks and vendors and briefing management.
• Handling ad-hoc requests.
