HR Assistant
Integrating information for dissemination to staff and clients. Perform general duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Prepare the monthly payroll and the final settlement.
Dealing with all of the recruitment needs and employment issues of the company. Ensuring the timely recruitment of new employees into the business from the initial job offer being made through to their induction into the company including offer letters, medical and contracts etc.


Assisting in the short listing of suitable candidates from applications. Conducting interview with job applicants, asking relevant questions. Prepares Employment Offer, disseminate information using electronic mail. Arrange travel arrangements for employees hired locally and outside Qatar.
Prepares the requisition to apply for business or work visa including, renewal of residence permit, medical, fingerprint, exit permit and extensions of visa to be routed to our PRO. Making sure that any promotions, transfers and pay rises take effect as planned. Conducting inductions for new employees. Monitoring of staff holidays and sickness tracking. Monitoring of staff timesheets time in lieu and holidays. Maintaining and developing the office filing systems both on paper and computer.
Encoding Time Sheets and Expense Report of Staff. Printing Bill of Cost and Time Charges of Clients. Prepares/Collate Take-Out Report.
