 Lead, manage and motivate the IT team which is OSS (onsite support) (8 people in 6 countries), one ATT analyst, and one financial analyst.
 Provide technical advice for emergency preparedness and contingency planning while overseeing risk management processes.

 Act as the single point of contact for all technology-related matters and keep IT heads updated on new technologies, roadmaps, and challenges.
 Communicate the purpose, user, and business impact of IT and convey global projects to stakeholders.
 Manage local projects such as office relocation, restructuring, organic growth, and legal requirements.
 Keep stakeholders informed of the latest technologies and IT products and their value.

 Develop, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, LAN, WAN, WLAN, and communication solutions/services in collaboration with business partners.
 Ensure efficient service delivery by promoting global service delivery models and PMI standard service management processes.
 Execute global IT solution deployment and localization for regional projects.
 Maintain and support local and worldwide IT solutions, working with partners to increase the maturity and reliability of services.
 Oversee operational issues, escalations, vendor management, procurement, and technology-related concerns.
 Standardize technology services, implement security controls, manage equipment life cycles, and maintain business continuity, and DRP operations.
 Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and service portfolios to align with regional goals and objectives.
 Manage daily site maintenance, reporting, upgrades, and incident management.
 Act as an IT representative and technology broker for IE4.0/Digital Transformation projects led by the business.

Install, configure and administer the operating system and services on Windows
server systems (Active Directory, Exchange 2016, office 365, Skype, DHCP,
DNS, Hyper-V, Firewall, etc.….)
• Terminating network modules and UTP cables.
• Configuring cisco switches (layer three switches and layer two switches)
• Creating and extending wireless LAN over the company`s sites
• Planning and developing the network for optimized performance and perform
network backup.
• Install, configure and administer the operating system and services on Microsoft
AZURE
• Responsible for Managing and configuring Hardware UTMs
• Support the users in IT related need (hardware, software)
• Train the new users to get familiar with our systems such as Microsoft Skype for
business, Microsoft office, and Microsoft windows in all branches.

Install, configure and administer the operating system and services on Windows
server systems (Active Directory, Exchange 2010, Lync, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V,
Firewall, etc….)
• Managing and Controlling Backups using Symantec Backup Exec and Microsoft
DPM 2010.
• Terminating network modules and UTP cables.
• Configuring cisco switches (layer three switches and layer two switches)
• Creating and extending wireless LAN over the company`s sites
• Planning and developing the network for optimized performance and perform
network backup.
• Responsible for Managing and configuring Hardware UTMs (Cyberoam)
• Maintaining and configuring the following systems( Access door system, CCTV
system, Projectors system )
• Support the users in IT related need (hardware, software, smart phones )
• Train the new users to get familiar with our systems such as Microsoft Lync,
Microsoft office, and Microsoft windows.
• Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job
expectations and appraising their performance

• Designing, configuring and installing network that includes core network switches.
• Configuration management, network performance management, and also monitors
network traffic to identify problems and make recommendations with the help of
monitoring tools.
• To install, maintain, configure and troubleshoots the telecommunication
infrastructure that includes IP phones.
• To troubleshoot the problems with network and security infrastructure, which may
be caused by routers, switches, firewalls and make corrective actions when
necessary.
