o PMO, Developing time schedules, reports, and stakeholder management.
o Producing BOQs, procurement, and projects budgets.
o managing a team of technical draftsmen and 3D designers (remotely & in-house) to develop the design process from schematic design to technical drawings.
o Bidding on several public sector projects thru Etimad platform.
o Assisting in Furniture Selection, Design, Detailing, and production until handover.
o Inspection of site work, and coordination with subcontractors.
