Leading a team of a Planning Managers, Document controller to develop and implant a reporting and monitoring system with KPI for Riyadh Metro Project (PACKAGE 3) include 3 Metro Lines with approximate 17 Km, Develop the Project schedule management plan & participate on developing the Project Management Plan.
Develop format for Monthly and weekly reports represented to the Client.
Give a guide lines to Main contractor regarding WBS development and Cost/resource loading through regular Meetings.
- Review and approve Project Baseline.
- Review and analyze Schedule for Design/Procurement/Installation activities
- Establish & Implementing a monitoring system for Gathering the progress data & Controlling & monitoring the progress from site.
- Manage the integration of Planning, Estimating and Cost Control efforts.
- Review Monthly & Weekly Reports on project progressing from Main Contractor.
- Prepare consolidated monthly status report for the Client (ADA) and address any specific problems or concerns related to all projects & forecasted work.( Primavera -WINWORD + EXCEL)
