*Support junior system analysts with providing review, audit and guidance

As Product Owner/System Analyst in CivilSoft that work in HCMS (Human Capital Management Systems) i worked in almost all sub systems like (Payroll, Workflow etc..):
•Gather requirements form clients and other stakeholders,
•Communicate with clients,
•Manage project (sub system) Backlog,
•Manage Backlog priority according to client needs,
•Prepare Project Plan,
•Manage a team of 5 members (development, test and design),
•Prepare analysis business logic documents (use-cases, flowcharts and mock-ups),
•Present and explain business documents to team members in sprint kick off meeting and,
•Support the team members within sprint for any illustration of business and requirements,
•Owner of sprint delivery meeting and make sure of sprint output as planned and quality of final sprint output.
Gather requirements, analyze and determine business needs, add new features, design mockups, write usecases, handle requirements change and apply agile methodologies.
