Provide the requirement for which materials need to get the budget quotation, analyze the right source to get the effective market for the requested materials to get the budgetary quotation in the fast track in order to minimize the delay

o Implementing the five process phases DMAIC (to improve the purchasing & tendering operating procedures needs including (Tender, purchase order, & expediting process).
o Implementing the five process phases DMAIC to improve the control, inventory needs including (Reservation, Inventory Count and Market Survey).

 Fixed Assets
Evaluate the fix assets & non-fix assets (chemical & metal) to approve or disapprove the application for abandonment (scrapping - demolished- missing) align with (control division & finance department.

 Warehouse
o Enhanced and reduced the 7 wastes (Transport, Inventory, Motion, Waiting, Over-Processing, Defects, Unutilized Talent) that affect the areas (Receiving - Issuing - inventory).
o Full range of electrical engineer in receiving area for all electrical equipment and material involving quality assurance.
o Reviewing and checking the electrical equipment and material as per requirements, engineering standard, NEC and KJO standard.
o Participating in “issuing area”, the process of issuing material from the warehouse to the proponent department (End-user).
o Certified & Authorized Work Permit Issuer/Receiver.
