• Provides general support to the VP of Initiatives Support and Execution Unit in correlation to strategy unit.
• SME roles and general support to account director and team leaders on daily activities.
• Supports in preparation and publish of the program’s quarter performance report.
• Performs data analysis, reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leaderships.
• General guidance and support to scheduling manager.
• Member of Control Committee.

• Assists in development of performance governance, frameworks and standards.
• Assists initiatives’ owners in development and improvement of initiatives’ objectives, scope, outputs, outcomes, milestones, and risks and mitigation plans.
• Assesses, develops, and improves initiatives mapping with strategic objectives of vision 2030.
• Delivers orientation sessions and workshops to VRO’s members.
• Deliver & presents the performance note and report covering three entities (quarterly base.)
• Performs quality assurance activity covering initiatives details, performance supportive documents, change requests and generating recommendation to client and owners of source.

• Manages “Initiatives and Projects Support and Control Unit”. That includes but not limited to:
• Delivers status report of initiatives to The Minister Executive Committee on monthly bases.
• Delivers initiatives’ progress report to The National Center for Performance Measurement ADAA on quarterly bases.
• Controls communication with centre of excellence and develops required deliverables with support of initiatives’ owners such as budget assumptions of initiatives.
• Participates on development of EPM project, owned by VRO.
• Participates on development of governance model, processes, and roles and responsibilities of MEWA’s VRO.
• Program Team Lead “The National Transformation Program NTP 2.0”, MEWA profile. That includes but not limited to:
• Manages progress and coordinates efforts of six groups to produce required deliverables in agreed timeframe.
• Supports strategy members in development and reframe of component of strategy as per the strategic objective attributes, themes, and suggested KPIs as well as performs quality control and necessary evaluation on deliverables. For instance, assists group members on developing baselines and verifies results, conducting compatible techniques to deliver desirable results ex. SWOT and gap analysis, facilitating and guiding workshops between ADAA and components’ members to examine benchmarks and equations, developing KPIs and KPTs, conducting priorities and interdependencies analysis both on strategic objectives and initiatives levels, and highlighting direct and indirect outcomes…etc.
• Facilitates workshops with Centres of Excellence and member of interdependent VRPs or ministries within current VRP in order to develop desired deliverables such as commitment of component contribution toward the national economic indicators.
• Manages the development of MEWA delivery plan as per NTP 2.0 delivery plan theme.
• Develops certain deliverables side by side with initiatives’ owners. For example, non-oil revenue, direct and indirect job creation, governmental CAPEX contribution through MEWA portfolio, and privatization assumptions.
• Member of Privatization Committee at MEWA.

Collaborate with the Client, Project Management Consultant PMC, and Project Manager in the development of the stakeholder management plan including the deployment of tools to track adherence to project guidelines and standards.
• Update internal and external stakeholders with milestone reporting, timelines, and status progression.
• Develop and maintain consistency in communication with stakeholders to set high standards of professional engagement and ensure buy-in from clients and organizational leaders.
• Represent the project and enhance relationships with stakeholders (public and private organizations) and their consultants including project orientation.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adhesion to budget and agreed processes and acting on change requests including reporting into the register and interface matrix.
• Identify and monitor risks and facilitate fast issue- resolution and corrective actions, ensuring the project stays on track and deliverables are executed on time and on budget.
