RESPONSIBILTIES
• Implementation and supervision all mechanical work.
• Prepare shop drawings for all mechanical works (plumbing, ducts & firefighting systems).
• Prepare materials submittals for all Mechanical works as per the project specifications and the approved shop drawings.
• acknowledge mechanical calculation such as (sizing ducts and pipes, ESP calculations for ducts, demand flow and head calculations for all pumps).
• acknowledge the international codes (NFPA, SMACNA, ASHRAE, Etc, ).
• prepare mechanical construction plan and time schedules.
• preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
Work in projects:
• Vox cinema in esplanade project
• Radisson Blu Hotel in Riyadh.
• ARAMCO-Fadhili Gas Plant - Industrial Support Facilities (FISF) in Jubail.
• Work in projects:
• Hotels Jabal Omar Projects in Makkah.
• Operation Control Center at railway station in Jeddah.
Work in projects:
(offices building, ER section in king Fahad hospital, Rabwa hotel and school and private residency buildings (mansion and multi villas) in Medina.
(International Convention Center (ICC)) project :
• Responsible for all mechanical discipline firefighting, plumping and HVAC works.
• Coordinate between site work and design office work according to the priority and schedules.
• Inspection all Mechanical works before handling over to the consultant to achieve high quality.
• Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
• Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools and etc. required for all mechanical related works prior to execution and installation.
• Submit site daily and weekly reports to the MEP Manager.
• Submit and follow up all Requests for Inspections (RFI) and join the supervision consultant for inspections of the completed and satisfactory works/activities.
• Ensure that all the assigned mechanical works done are installed in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and relevant applicable local and international standards.
• Prepare Take Off for any materials related to mechanical division.
• Make all mechanical calculation such as (sizing ducts and pipes, ESP calculations for ducts, demand flow and head calculations for all pumps)
• Prepare and review material submittal that related to the mechanical division.
• Make shop drawings for plumbing, ducts & sprinkler firefighting systems.
• planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
• responding to breakdowns.
• diagnosing faults.
• repairing equipment.
