Tenders (Proposals) :-
1- Studying Tenders specs, Prepare clarifications to send it to the Client by Proposals Department.
2- Preparing pre-Design (Single Line Diagram, Load List, cables list, Instrument List,
Cable routing, Write up or Scope of work, Power house General arrangement)
3- Calculate Duty, Stand by, Emergency loads to select (Generators, Transformers, RMU)
4- Collecting Price offers for the selected Items like (Generators, Transformers, MV panels )
Projects :-
1- Updating all predesign items (Single Line Diagram, Load List, (Power, Control, Instruments) Cables list, Instrument List, Cable routing, Write up or Scope of work) to prepare Executive Design
2- Preparing Shop drawings & submittals for Electrical items such as.
• Single line diagrams, MV/LV switchgears (up to 36KV), Motor control centers, Control panels.
• PLC I/O’s list & wiring diagram.
• HV/LV Switchboards.
• HV/LV cables schedules and plant cabling system.
• Internal & External Lighting.
• Earthing & Lightning System.
• Electrical BOM’s
3- Produce P& ID’s, as well as Instruments details Drawings such as.
• Instrument data sheet.
• Interconnection Diagram.
4- Reviewed suppliers quotes, finalized and approved Purchase orders (PO)
5- Followed up site activities (Installation, pre-commissioning, startup & Commissioning)
