•Carry out drawings constructability review.
• Ensure safety goals are achieved on the project.
• Fully accountable and responsible for ensuring the enabling works is in place and functioning from the beginning of the project, participate in the enabling works development.
• Coordinate with the Department and Contractor.
• Liaise with other Authorities.
• Advise on contractual and construction matters.
• Liaise with Department and approve Contractor’s submissions.
• Coordinate forward planning.
• Generally supervise, review, monitor and report on progress.
• Liaise with all parties for site safety.
• Convene and chair regular site meetings.

Review change requests / variations submitted by the contractor.

•Prepare EOI, RFP, LOA, tendering, PTC, consultant prequalification review, tender review report …etc.
•Manage consultants and the design/coordination process to ensure the delivery of the defined vision for the project with respect to time and cost
•Ensure applying of DM approved design regulations/standards (sustainability, .etc.)
•Review/Comment on all designs and tender documents(drawings-specification-BOQ- contract) and managing quality control of design deliverables
•Analyses and assess the implications of design changes on cost and time
•Communication and Coordination with other phases and departments within project for all related issues(Infrastructure-Master planning…etc)
•Manage/Gain all required authorities approval and NOC’s (DM- RTA-DEWA- DU…etc.)
•Manage consultants during construction stage to respond to field RFI’s .
•Contractor procurement with assistant of the Engineer.
• Provide a Feedback to BD department at development study for potential projects.
