Sales & Distribution Manager
• Managing a sales team in 4 areas of distribution (Program Syndication, Channels Distribution, Advertising Sales and L&M)
• Established a sales department and a sales team for program syndication
• Manage sales of a huge library of around 3000 TV hours
• Negotiating co-production deals to get international distribution rights

• Supervision, coordination and management of programming content for ART's international channels

• Provide our offices and cable operators with programming grids, program synopses and highlights of the month
• Supervise programs planning & coordinate on scheduling of ART's international channels' grids
• Collect information on the events to be covered by the channel based on the viewers habits
• Identify programming needs based on viewers feedback and regular surveys
• Coordinate with our offices and cable operators to do surveys about our programs in order to amend the grids & programs accordingly
• Check programs rights availability
• Collect and analyze content information (production houses, independent producers, distributors )
