Reporting to CEO, Managing and supervising entire supply chain with monthly purchases of Approx. 20, 000, 000 Q.R, achieved cost reduction of 10% in 2019 and another 11% in 2020 Secretary of Tender Committee and supervising of all tenders related transactions, reviewing tender documents and BOQs and ensuring accuracy of its data, Reviewing and developing department processes & procedures, exploring new regions to directly import the required material from its origin. Enhanced the importing procedure to ensure transparency in the process and obtaining most economical offers with best quality from reliable sources. Established and managed Compliance Monitoring Team to ensure full compliance to the contractual obligations. Managed all main warehouses and sub stores ensuring optimum utilization of all storage area available and achieving sufficient stocks level to mitigate challenges such as shortages, Covid-19…etc.
Managing and overseeing both Contracts and direct purchases sections, reporting to Chief Supply Officer, reviewing purchasing documents and ensuring full adherence to policies & Procedures, managing a team of 13 Procurement Officers, provide assistance and guidance to all Procurement Team members, looking after all imports and ensuring all the imports are in compliance with the company’s standards. Representing Procurement Department in the implementation team of Microsoft Dynamics.
Reporting to Procurement Manager, assist to provide purchasing support to the Department and assist in reducing overall cost of goods and services purchased. Assuring procurement process and procedures are being implemented as per the organizational and departmental manual. Managing and evaluating the vendors list. Negotiating prices and delivery terms with the awarded vendors. Cash flow supervision. Replying to the internal auditors observations. Supervising and managing a team of five purchasing officers and assuring to achieve the KPI’s.
- I am a member of the On-line Support Team and we do support the Samsung UK customer's with their technical inquiries; as they send us emails with the symptoms of the issue they are facing with their devices and we do reply with the proper instructions to come over these issues.

- Al Mourouj Inn Hotel had a contract with Qatar Air ways at that time for receiving and accommodating the transit passengers. Our role as the hotel receptionists was to:
- Check the passengers in and out according to their next flight timings.
- Providing them with the best service during their residence period.
- Supply our customers with all their needs in order to make their staying with us a non forgettable experience.
