Beniseuf Plant Responsible for (Lime stone crushers, Clay crushers, Stackers, Reclaimers, Raw Mills, Dedusting Units), my job role was concentrated on 5 aspects :-
1-Doing Immediate, Fast troubleshooting to clear faults and assure continuity of the plant and prevent stoppage 24 hours, 7days
-Applying Daily inspection check list on specific equipment to assure normal working conditions
-Assign suitable Mentainance jobs for each equipment according to performance chart and according to time plan of scheduled Mentainance
-Scheduling Shutdown plan in my concerned area with coordination with other teams
2-Spare parts Stock securing, assure all strategic spare parts are in stock, request
Needed spare parts with respect to Budget
3-Preparing technical reports to be represented in management meeting including All stoppage and root causes, and applied countermeasure, KPI Management status
4-Assure qualified staff worker and performance improving, detecting their week points (technical, attitude) and plan to improvement,
5-Assure Safety rules are applied by the standard ways and according to the company safety policy, Prepare Risk Assessmnt for each job

Controlling Main assembly Lines (TV Assembly, inspection, commissioning, and Packing ), controlling and responsible for
Material: control and follow up Material status starting issuing production orders till warehouse receiving from vendor then requesting through SAP /ERP then receiving in kitting area to check QTY- Quality-Technical specs then flow to the production lines for manufacturing
Manpower: training and control Manpower in the manufacturing area to achieve the target and keep quality for the product, through Motivation and continuous training
Machine: implementing new ideas to increase productivity and reduce cost automating the assembly process, preventive maintenance scheduling to Avoid line stop and reduce losses
Method: Executing Assembly work instruction of each Model on the production Line to assure correct specs of the model (ESD reduction -safety regulation)
process management to meet quality standard & quality monitoring on the production lines& production status analysis &LOB analysis for the production area to increase productivity and reduce cost based on overhead reduction and innovation &planning for production according to material status and demand rate & KPI management, productivity control .
Implementing innovation to reduce cost and make the work easier to achieve satisfaction and relaxation to the workers

-Offered Training in Samsung Head quarter (HQ)in Korea for production management (Man-Machine -Method -Material -Environment ) based on international Quality system
-Offered Training in Samsung electronics Russia (SERK)in Material Management and Planning based on future expected demand and local and foreign vendor supply capability to achieve current target and secure future demand
-Offered Business Trip in Samsung electronics Hungary(SEH) in productivity increase and cost control in the manufacturing site
-Offered Business Trip in Samsung electronics Slovakia (SESK) in quality Monitoring and troubleshooting in the production line
