• As the Procurement & Sub-Contracts Manager at
MASC0 Group, my role is to oversee and manage all
purchasing activities across our projects. This
includes sourcing and procuring goods and
services required for our construction projects.
review and analyze purchase requisitions to
determine the specific needs of each project.
• Keeping track of procurement, such as cost savings
achieved or vendor performance evaluations.
• One of my key responsibilities is to identify
potential vendors through supplier research. I
request quotes and proposals from these vendors
to evaluate their offers. Through negotiations, I
secure favorable pricing agreements with selected
vendors/suppliers.
• To facilitate the purchasing process, I create
purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of
goods/services to meet project deadlines. In
addition to direct procurement for our projects, I
also manage indirect procurement activities such
as acquiring supplies needed for daily operations.
• I am responsible for managing the procure-to-pay
process which involves requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payment processes. This
ensures a smooth flow in our supply chain
management.
• Furthermore, I am in charge of managing
procurement budgets and developing strategies
that optimize cost efficiency without
compromising quality. Negotiating contracts with
vendors/sub-contractors allows me to secure the
best deals and terms that benefit our company's
interests.
• In case any issues arise regarding quality control
or pricing discrepancies with
vendors/suppliers/subcontractors, I take
proactive steps in resolving them effectively while
maintaining strong business relationships.
• Tracking procurement is crucial in assessing cost
savings achieved by implementing efficient or
evaluating vendor performance through regular
evaluations.
• Lastly, I lead a team of skilled professionals
including procurement officers who me in
overseeing all aspects of the department's
operations. Together we work towards achieving
seamless procurements processes that successful
project outcomes within specified timeline.

work progress across the entire project to be
submitted to both managing director within Masco
Group as well as clients
• Preparing company prequalification documents as
well as technical proposal documents for new
project tenders.
