Note: Joining these schools after permission of the educational governorate (that is include passing through high level math and English tests and interview to choose the best teachers) then I have an excellent records in all of my assessment reports that qualifies me to be a supervisor of math Dept. in my school which consists of 5 math teachers



My responsibilities included:
• Teaching mathematics and statistics for different stages preparatory, primary and secondary also for different grades of these stages and different branches (Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Trigonometry, statistics) by using English language.
• Following up all math teachers of the school and help the inspectors to evaluate them.
• Editing all final exams for different grades of the school and leading its marking process
• Committee member of final exams controlling using different computer software as office applications to prepare the finale reports of the students.
• Member in training and development unit of the school to train the other staff members about computer applications.
• Designing and applying different aids and presentation that are used for teaching and training.

am Working as Examiner for different exams like AS/A Level Mathematics, IGCSE/O
Level Mathematics, IGCSE/OL Additional Mathematics, and IGCSE/OL Mathematics.
Through this process, I mark a specific number of scripts to the required standard and
complete all administrative tasks within a pre-set timescale in line with approved
marking instructions. After that, I prepare and submit a report to the team
leader/principal examiner.
The majority of papers are marked on-screen using RM Assessor software.
I pass through standardization online training sessions that are held shortly after the
examination date and before the marking process.

• Managing the preparing process of the school students to pass through the international exams as PISA, ACT and SAT exams by designing plans, awareness of teachers and students, Train students, Design material of training, organize competitions to motivate the students.
• Leading the planning process, which including annual, semester, unit, and lesson plans of curriculum according to Qatari math standards and in the context to build on student knowledge and expertise also emphasize connections between curriculum areas. • Collaborate with the school leadership to design professional development plans and train schoolteachers in various areas such as implementing new strategies, either in teaching or evaluation, as well as the use of teaching technology, classroom management techniques and student behavior.
• Design and implement the professional development plans for the school math teachers according to their training needs and according to their weaknesses and strengths in their performance, which are evidenced by reports of class visits.
• Supporting teachers by providing appropriate learning materials, developing assignments, developing assessment tools, visiting classes and giving them supportive feedback and Mentoring new non- experienced teachers.
• Organizing weekly meeting for math teachers to plan for units, following up tasks, assess the performance and make trainings to develop the work level.
• Leading teachers by working in a team through distributing different tasks and roles to suit their different skills and interests to develop their performance to be future leaders.
• Participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school professional development liaising with other professionals, such as learning mentors, careers advisers, educational psychologists and education welfare officers.
• Creating and implementing math lesson plans for different secondary grades focused on developing problem solving and critical thinking skills for students for different secondary grades according to the Qatari standards and policy of the school, using English Language.
