• Carry out generally all the duties of the project as specified in the Contract, within the limitations specified therein
• Control and appraise the progress of the works, carry out reviews of the construction work schedules, identify problem areas or delays, and recommend actions to be taken to address the problems or delays
• Order suspension of works and authorize, with the contractor's approval, extensions of the period of completion of works
• Approve and/or issue working drawings, including variations thereof, and in this connection give instructions to the Contractor
• Verify and get corrected the "as-built" drawings
• Order special tests of materials and completed works, and order removal and substitution of improper materials and works as required
• Issue variation orders and fix rates for unprized works, after obtaining prior approval of the contractors or PMD
• Advise the PM / Contractors on all contractual matters relating to execution of the works, including interpreting and applying the legal conditions of the contract documents
• Issue monthly progress reports
• Assist the team work in providing clarifications and explanations to observations made, from time to time by the Auditor and
• Order the suspension of works
• Reviewing and modify design drawings as per discrepancies
• Burns & McDonnell reprehensive in meetings with the Msheireb properties & Time Qatar & Carillion contractor
• Preparing JSI & SWI &EI to all contractors for all project
• Reviewing and approved Materials &shop DWG’s submittals
• Reviewing and replay RFI for all architectural issues
