مشرف حسابات-رقابه المخزون وجرد المستودعات وعمل التسويات اللازمه-عمل مطابقان لحسابات البنوك-متابعه بعض حسابات وعمل مطابقات لها-متابعه الخزينه وعمل جرد شهري لها-متابعه المصروفات النثريه-متابعه حسابات العملاء الاجل والمديونات الخاصه بهم -القيام بجميع الحسابات الخاصه بالعملاء والخصومات والمديونيات وعمل مطابقات مع العملاء-اخري
Assisting in set up a new E-Pay sales division for the Western Region.
Checking & reviewing the signed contracts with more than 2000 supermarkets & groceries for the E-pay division and creating them on ERP system.
Responsible for multi-millions of sales across the entire Western Region.
Handling of invoicing cycle, including (collections, posting, returns etc…)
Preparing daily income, collections & sales variance reports.
Following up the deposits on daily basis.
Daily matching the actual sales with the General Ledger.
Preparing daily & monthly bank reconciliation.
Making daily & quarterly Inventory and report the variances.
Declaring & reviewing the documents related to stock adjustment (additions, retirements & transfers).
Preparing the required accounting transactions for the A/R on monthly basis.
Assisting the senior accountants in daily accounting related works (Preparation of document for payment, posting of expenses, etc…).
Ensures all trackers such as, (manual invoices, collection receipts, etc…) are accurately completed.
