Maintaining the partnerships on both levels; content providers and network operators
•Designing, testing and implementing subscription services in and outside Egypt
•Performing seasonally reports, and analyzing Qanawat Services’ (KPIs)
•Planning promotional campaigns on the services including Above and Below the line techniques (such as Bulk SMS, WAP, WEB, Press ... etc.)
•Supervising all day-to-day operations and ensuring the On-Time Delivery of the content, running/proposed services and platforms
•Sustaining partners’ contracts, validation and financial cycle

- Keeping up the partnerships relevant to the content, implementing the new contracts and handling the relationship of the providers and partners
- Managing VAS services development life cycle from including new services
- Preparing the product Roadmap per year to fulfill the business needs
- Conducting brainstorming sessions to gather requirements about key products to fulfill business requirements
- Assessing and approved product requirements created by Product Managers to go into production.
