Lead supply chain management’ Sections: Logistics (Warehouse, materials dispensing, distributing, fleeting and shipping), Planning (MRP, MTS “make to stock”, inventory control and product replenishment), Purchasing (local, foreign purchasing).

- Managing the outsourcing, foreign and local purchasing process of the raw materials (active ingredients, narcotics, excipients) & packaging materials for vials and ampoules, infusion bags for tenders and hospitals sectors
Coordinate with R&D and Regulatory Affairs departments to fulfil the requirements for new materials and pilot batches to finalize the new products registration process.
- Manage the import process for the finished goods of Sunny medical and raw & packaging materials required for the manufacturing plan for Sunny Pharma.
- Maintain cost saving up to 5% annually of raw & packaging and MRO purchased materials. - Manage and monitor the warehouse & logistics operations physically and on Oracle ERP system from receiving and storing the raw & packaging materials till shipping the imported and manufactured finished products according to the backlog sales orders for local and export markets.
- Prepare and execute of the supply chain training plan for supply chain team and review their job descriptions and the related required S.O.P.’s and master and packaging formula to comply with GMP regulations.

- Managing the outsourcing and purchasing process of the raw materials (active ingredients, nutraceuticals, narcotics, excipients) & packaging materials.
- Coordinate with R&D and Regulatory Affairs departments to fulfil the requirements for new materials and pilot batches to finalize the new products registration process

- Increase customer service levels to 95% by achieving OTIF (on time in full) for backlog of local private, tender and export sales orders. - Minimize inventory levels to 45 inventory days for raw & packaging materials and 30 inventory days finished goods without interruption for production processes and products availability in market. - Reduce local shipping and freight costs by 20% against projected annual budget.

- Preparation and presentation of S&OP review to the leadership team on monthly basis which include brand related to supply chain management KPIs, customer satisfaction, inventory projection.
- Prepare and achieve the MPS & MRP for SAJA products and sub-contract secondary packaging products of Novartis & Sanofi multinational companies according to the market demand priorities.
- Minimize inventory levels to 60 inventory days for raw & packaging materials and 30 inventory days finished goods without interruption for production processes and products availability in market.
- Efficient use of company recourses by utilizing the production capacity of 3 manufacturing work centers and 7 packaging lines (3 automatic lines for SAJA products & 4 manual for sub-contract secondary packaging products of Novartis, Sanofi companies.
- Increase customer service levels to 95% by achieving OTIF (on time in full) for backlog of local private, tender and export sales orders. - Achieved the ex-factory sales budget and annual production plans for almost 13 years based on the annual sales forecast of 35 product families
. - Contribute successfully to launch 15 new products families on time in period from 2015 till 2018 include 2 injectable products families as toll manufacturing in other companies “SPIMACO” & “ARABIO”.
- Contribute to suppliers’ evolution committee, audit, and certification team with the other concerned departments to ensure the availability of the qualified and certified suppliers.
- Coordinate with R&D and Regulatory Affairs departments to fulfil the requirements for new materials and pilot batches to finalize the new products registration process.
Lead materials management’ operations departments: Logistics (Warehouse, materials dispensing and shipping), Planning (MRP, MPS, inventory control and production Planning & control), Purchasing (local, foreign purchasing include importing process).

- Achieve the toll manufacturing plans. - Managing the logistics of the finished goods from the toll manufacturing factories till dispatch to local customers. - Proceed and follow Regularity affairs process for registration of our products in Egyptian MOH and central Labs.
- Prepare, send and follow up the Registration files for our products to export markets.
- Execution the materials and production planning activities with reporting to materials manager.
- Prepare and achieve the MPS & MRP Plans based on the Rolling Forecast - Managing and controlling the inventory of the finished product & (Raw & Packaging Materials) in warehouse.
- Managing & Controlling the scheduled purchase orders according to MRP with purchasing In-Charge Officer for (Active Ingredients, Enzymes, Excipients Raw Materials & Bulk Materials & Packaging Materials.
- Items Coding, Routing Setup & Bill of materials Setup on OPM11i (Oracle) System.
- Issue monthly production plans based on MPS according to sales orders priorities divided by weeks according to manufacturing and packaging activates.
- Issue work orders on OPM11i (Oracle) Batch records with numbering and pick list for production to receive the needed materials from warehouse
- Achieve the OTIF (on time in full) target.

- Prepare the materials Requirements plans with reporting to planning department manager based on the Rolling Forecast received from Marketing Department.
- Inventory control of the finished product & (Raw & Packaging Materials) in our factory warehouse using OMAC mainframe computer system.
