• Power System including pulling Cables.
• CCTV System.
• Fire Alarm System.
• Access, Security and Intrusion System.
• Public Address & Fire Announcement System.
• Building Management System (BMS) & Motorizing Control Center (MCC).
• Fire Fighting Systems (FM200 & CO2) and Fire Fighting Pumps Control.
• Earthing system.
• Medium and Low voltage system including RMU, Transformer, Generator, MDB, ATS, UPS Sub-Panels ….etc.
• Testing & Commissioning Panel boards and materials at factory with the consultant.

• Prepare the As-Built drawings.
• Quantity surveying of the materials for each trade like lighting fixtures, Cables length, Detectors …etc.
• Coordinate with project subcontractors and consultant.
• Revise shop drawings, composite drawings, looking-up drawing, panel board schedule …etc.
• Arrange the main rooms in the project such as Main electrical room (MDB), UPS room, Control room, BMS room, Generator room, Main data room, Transformers room, MVSG room.
• Prepare and deliver Inspection requests to the project consultant for site works for approval.
• Report the project progress to management.
