Responsibilities:
• Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.

Responsibilities:
• Analysing the producing of architectural deliverables and technical requirements in addition to the
specifications & recommending design modifications based on client requirements; cost
estimation of the part and project for feasibility and approval process.
• Reviews unusual or complex design problems provides guidance for their solution either
personally, by subordinate staff or by outside consultants.
• Understanding overall operations for new products or improvement of existing products with
thrust on reducing product cost and based on market trends / requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Developed the architectural designs from schematic design phase up to final design phase and
coordinated professionals from a mix of disciplines, including MEP, Structural and Civil.
• Prepared the architectural details, shop-drawings in compliance with specifications and bills of
quantities.
• Supervised the production of construction documents, drawings and specifications.
• Reviewed architectural documents for potential conflict with other disciplines and gave official
approvals for architectural materials via the consultants, designer, client and the end-users.
