Interface between internal Production, Development and Purchasing team, and external suppliers on quality issues.

Manage and plan the internal Audits, review the external audits and plan to eliminate the non-conformity.
Supervise quality performance of monthly operations plans, meeting demands of customers (internal and external).
Supervise preparation of inspection operations followed by reports issues..
Take part in development of long-term and year plans and work schedules, equipment maintenance and repair, actions to improve its operation and effective usage.
Study domestic and foreign best practices of NDT of oil and gas industry facilities in order to use it in their work.
Follow and ensure team members to follow labor discipline, internal labor procedures, labor safety, fire safety and occupational sanitation requirements.
Ensure maintaining order at workplaces.
Provide support to maintain ISO 9001, API Q1 Registration.
Carry out all required responsibilities safely and as described in the standard Tri Man QMS.
Perform other related duties and handles special projects as assigned. Conduct all business activities in accordance to Tri Man HSE polices, legal compliance requirements and Tri Man Core Values.
Communicate laboratory data and results to supervisor in detailed manner.
Work independently at times and work within a team to complete projects.
Ensure all appropriate paperwork accompanies shipments of final products.
Completes, inspects and distributes all quality records and documents.
Perform specialized testing as required.
Control of welding & redress according to specifications of Tri Man, API, AWS and Aranco.
Calibration/verification and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment as necessary.
Order laboratory chemicals for analysis. Preparation of standards and reagents.
Maintain sample retention inventory.
Inspect and control: manufacturing and rental products, liner hanger tools assembly, Sand control tools assembly
Control the all tests (like pressure test) are done according to Baker procedures.
Control the Break out and assembly unit (Bucking machine).
Review the 3rd part inspection sheets and comply with Baker procedures and standard available
Review and control of failure investigation with reliability teams.
Facilitation of process improvements, qualitative riskassessments and root cause analysis and corrective actions, aligned tocontinuous improvement, in my area of responsibility.
Use of quality tools to monitor and improve processes.
Fully support the QMS bycreating, editing and reviewing documents, assuring alignment to industry and Baker Hughes standards.
Act as an internal auditor.
Knowledge of SAP program to review the material stock available.
Conducting all businessa ctivities in accordance with Baker Hughes Health, Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Company Core Values.
Assure that QHSE department activities working through ITS Integrated Management System frameworks,
Reporting to ITS Top Management about the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System,
Review previous audits results from API, ISO, and any other premium connections like VAM, TENARIS HYDRILL, and JFE and close any raised corrective actions by elimination the non-conformity found, elimination of root causes, & supply objective evidences,
Manage internal Audits, train ITS personnel to conduct internal audits, generate internal audit plan, prepare checklists, review internal audits results & summarize results to be discussed in the Management Review Meetings,
Support all personals by required on job training to improve their performance,
Monthly analyze data raised from measurement & monitoring of ITS Quality Objectives to monitor the performance of ITS facility
Responsible for receiving work orders from customers & identify customer needs,
Review service tickets for any supplied supporting service to customer according to signed contracts,
Review consumables consumptions throughout working periods,
Reporting to top management about the overall facility performance in all facility activities,
Following up manufacturing process of subs, X-OVERS, flanges & repairing any other tubular connections like drill pipes, drill collars, tubing & casing tool joints according to API standards & other premium connection standards and other services like hard banding, redressing, bucking & other supporting service in the oil & gas industry,
Arranging work according to man\machine utilizations & prepare production plans according to the availability & ability of the machines,
Assure that the outcomes products agreed with API or other premium connection standards,
Preparing the daily, weekly & monthly production report, calculating the production rate also maintain the machine break down, customer complains concerning the production process in order to analyze the available data,
Assure the rule of QA&QC departments, improve it, assure implementation of ITS-Group integrated management system that agreed with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 2000, ISO TS29001 " API Q1",
Following up the rental process,
Responsible for follow maintenance procedure, assure the availability of the spare part needed for the workshop machines & assure that the preventive actions have been taken,
Managing facility internal audits, assist Quality Manager for maintaining the QMS to comply to the requirements of API & ISO system of standard,
Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
