- In-Charge and responsible for IT department in Saudi Arabia, and lead the team to provide the services to employees.
- Responsible for IT equipment in server room, investigating and diagnosing of infrastructure network problems, recommendations for improving the company's IT systems and carrying out installation of new IT solutions.

- Provides input to the further development of standard IT support processes
- Achieve best practice asset management with efficient common processes and approaches
- Strengthening of project management approach and service orientation
- Aligns and manages deliverables with service level agreements to insure quality targets are met within the approved methodology
- Facilitates communication to other groups, including business functions and partner organizations
- Partners in a multilevel approach with other cross-functional teams within the IT environment to insure integrated objectives are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Build-up and deepen knowledge about Hilti’s Near- and Middle East MS Dynamics (MS Navision) host landscape (GPD/D) - provides support
- Responsibility for GPD/D business reporting (backup function)
Responsible for all IT projects ( manage and monitoring it and Fragmentation of the project and transfer each part to the right person).
